Getting Started

Welcome to the Appbis getting started guideline. This guideline is intended to help you get familiar with the platform and its features.

We have an Appbis English space on Boogir that has all the help articles in English version, you can read and ask questions in the comment section.

For new users, you need to read the introduction to Appbis first.

Appbis is a business platform for companies of every size, bringing the software a business runs on into a single account: operations, finance, revenue, people, governance, and productivity. You register your employees, organise the work into projects and groups, break it down into tasks, and follow it through meetings and message threads.

Before you can create your first project or group, you need to set up your business account and register the employees who will work with you.

Your business account carries your business name and logo, and every employee, project, group, and task belongs to it.

Once your employees are registered, you can create a project or a group and add its members. To learn more, read the managing projects and groups guideline.

With a project or a group in place, you can start creating tasks, sorting them into to-do, short term, and long term, and archiving them when the work is over. To learn more, read the managing tasks guideline.

This knowledge center is still a work in progress and will be updated and improved.

Appbis brings the software a business runs on into a single account, so the whole team works in one platform instead of a different tool for every department.
